Healthy Flag Cake Alternative Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Low Fat Ricotta cheese
- Splenda
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
Directions
Lay out the 16 wedges of cheese so they form a rectangle.
Microwave the ricotta cheese for 25 seconds.
Mix Splenda to taste into the ricotta cheese.
Sprinkle a little Splenda onto the rectangle of Laughing Cow wedges.
Spread the ricotta cheese mixture on top of the wedges, smoothing over cracks.
Top with blueberries and chopped strawberries, arranged to look like the stars and stripes.
