Brussel Sprouts Slaw
Try this unique twist on a classic side dish! Brussel Sprout Slaw contains just the right amount of crunch to complement your main course while also being tasty enough to snack on between meals.
Prep Time: 10 minutes, Cook Time 1 hour
Ingredients:

1 large bag (2 pounds) of Brussel Sprouts

3 TBS CMMD Ultra-premium olive oil
-
3 TBS avocado oil (or other vegetable oil)

2 TBS lemon juice
-
¼ teaspoon lemon zest
-
1 tablespoon whole-grain Dijon mustard
-
2 cloves minced garlic
-
2 TBS Champagne Vinegar (may substitute white or red)
-
4 TBS of parmesan cheese
-
1 cup chopped green apples (may substitute)
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional- several slices of red onion
Directions:
Shred the brussel sprouts.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Let set for at least 1 hour or more.
Serve chilled.
